New Webinar: In-App Authentication with Twilio Authenticator SDK

Traditionally, strong two-factor authentication has required asking users to download a third-party app like Authy to generate security codes or push-to-approve authentication requests. But now, developers can use the new Twilio Authenticator SDK to embed these security features directly into their own apps.

In this 15 minute webinar, we explore how domain registrar Namecheap is using the Twilio Authenticator SDK to provide simple and secure 2FA, including:

  • TOTP (Time-based one-time passcodes) — based on an open security standard that delivers 2FA codes even when the user’s phone has no Internet connection.
  • Push authentication — the simplest user experience with an “Approve” or “Deny” choice instead of requiring users to type a code. Built on top of public key cryptography, push authentication offers the highest level of security.

Join Twilio to learn all about in-app authentication with the Twilio Authenticator SDK. A live Q&A session will follow, and you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions and share feedback with the Twilio Authentication team.
